Yikes, it's been awhile huh. Just the other day a good friend of mine pointed out to me just how long it's actually been!! My apologies. This busy time of year has been keeping me away so to make up for it I'm going to post a bazillion photos from recent sessions......and some not so recent sessions. lol
If you follow football you'll probably know who this is. I had the awesome opportunity to capture Calgary Stampeder, Brian Clark and his gorgeous family. His 2 girls are just the sweetest. I fell in with little Miss A when I photographed their maternity session (posted further down on the blog) and then was lucky enough to meet sweet baby B shortly after she was born. Brian and Shannon had better be careful when these 2 get older....the boys will be knocking down their door I'm sure :) Here, I'll let you see for yourself.
Love this one....I wish more Dads would be willing to take their shirts off, I love how small and innocent babies look in the strong arms of their Daddy♥ And look at her hair! Isn't it just the best :)
So sweet.
And of course I had to get one of Miss A by herself. Her eyes are so stunning.
URBAN!!
I had so much fun at this session. I brought up the idea of doing a session right smack dab in the middle of downtown Calgary and the parents of these boys were more than willing! Oh, and if anyone is ever not sure on how to dress for a session....well take a good long look at this family!!! They did an amazing job of coordinating everyone without all dressing the same! PERFECTION!!
We were lucky enough to have some guy walking buy stop to play us a song on his guitar while we were doing the session. He even had lyrics he made up as he went along about taking pictures of a little red head boy....too cool! I hope to be able to do more sessions like this next summer when it's warm again! :)
This little guy had the most amazing red hair I think I've ever seen!
My kind of family portrait!!
And I seem to have a thing for feet lol
Nothing better than the comfort of Mommy♥
SWEET SLUMBER!!
I really didn't think we'd get such amazing sleeping shots from this little one but we did! She was the sweetest thing ever....she held on to her tiny little toes while she slept and was a perfect angel for the entire time I was there. Big brother J wasn't into getting pictures done quite as much but loved it when I told him he could jump on Mom & Dad's bed! lol
This bunny had special meaning to them and I love how this one turned out.
Getting sleepy....
